NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 32 years as on the last date of online application. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), PwBD and Ex-Servicemen will be provided as per Government of India guidelines. Candidates claiming reservation/relaxation must possess the relevant valid certificate.
NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Salary
Selected candidates will be appointed in E1 Grade with an IDA pay scale of ₹40,000–₹1,40,000/-.
In addition to basic pay, candidates will be entitled to applicable Dearness Allowance, other perquisites, allowances, terminal benefits, etc. as per company rules.
Service Agreement Bond
Selected General Category candidates are required to execute a service agreement bond of ₹5,00,000/-, while SC/ST/PwBD candidates are required to execute a bond of ₹2,50,000/-, to serve NSPCL for at least 4 years after joining the company.
NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process will consist of:
- Written Exam
- Interview
The online selection test comprises Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates shortlisted after the written/online test will be called for interview. Final merit will be prepared by giving 85% weightage to the online selection test and 15% weightage to interview.
NSPCL Recruitment 2026 Exam Pattern
The All India Based Online Selection Test will contain two components:
- Subject Knowledge Test (SKT)
- Executive Aptitude Test (EAT)
