ITBP Head Constable Education & Stress Counsellor Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has released a recruitment notice for Head Constable (Education & Stress Counsellor) – 2026. The recruitment is for 16 vacancies in General Central Service, Group ‘C’, Non-Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) category on a temporary basis, likely to become permanent.

Category-wise distribution mentioned in the notice:

The notice states that the vacancies are tentative and may increase or decrease without prior notice. 10% of vacancies are reserved for Ex-Servicemen in the respective category.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess either:

1. Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Psychology as a subject,
   OR
2. Degree from a recognized University with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or Bachelor of Teaching or equivalent.

The candidate’s age should be between 20 and 25 years as on the closing date of online applications, i.e. 27 October 2026.
