ESIC IMO Recruitment 2024: The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has released the recruitment notification for the post of Insurance Medical Officer (IMO) Grade-II. A total of 608 vacancies are available across India for candidates listed in the Disclosure Lists of the Combined Medical Services Examination (CMSE) 2022 and 2023, conducted by UPSC. ESIC IMO Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• A recognized MBBS degree included in the First/Second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• Completion of compulsory rotating internship (Candidates yet to complete the internship may apply but must complete it before the appointment).

ESIC IMO Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years (as of the respective cutoff dates for CMSE 2022 and CMSE 2023 Disclosure Lists).
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years
  • OBC: 3 years
  • PwBD: 10 years
  • ESIC/Government employees: 5 years

ESIC IMO Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

The selection will be based on:

1. Merit List: Prepared using the marks obtained in CMSE 2022 and CMSE 2023.
2. Year-wise Selection:
   • Candidates from the CMSE 2022 Disclosure List will be given seniority over those from CMSE 2023.
3. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of documents.
