SSC CHT Recruitment 2025 Educational Qualification

For Junior Hindi Translator / JTO / JHT:

• Master’s degree in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as a subject or medium at the degree level.
• Diploma/certificate in translation or 2 years’ experience in translation work.

For Senior Hindi Translator / Senior Translator:

• Same qualifications as above, but requires 3 years’ translation experience.

SSC CHT Recruitment 2025 Selection Process

• Written Exam:
  • Paper-I: Objective Type (Computer Based Mode) with General Hindi and General English sections.
  • Paper-II: Descriptive Paper, including Translation & Essay.
• Documents Verification: Candidates will be required to submit requisite certificates from competent authorities during document verification.
• Medical Test: Applicable for certain posts, such as Sub-Inspector (Hindi Translator) in CRPF, requiring candidates to meet specified medical standards.
