NFC ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The candidate’s age should be at least 18 years as on the closing date of application. The maximum age limit is 25 years for General candidates, 28 years for OBC candidates and 30 years for SC/ST candidates.
Candidates who have already undergone, or are currently undergoing, apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 in any Government, PSU or Private Organization are not eligible. Candidates holding post-graduation are also not eligible.
NFC ITI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted through a Walk-in-Interview. NFC Selection Committees will scrutinize the applications and select candidates according to the available vacancies. Information regarding the selection and further process will be communicated to selected candidates through email.
After completing the apprenticeship training, apprentices have to undergo a Trade Test to determine their proficiency. Candidates who pass the Trade Test will be awarded the National Apprenticeship Certificate through the Apprenticeship portal by the Controller of Examination (DGT).
