Software Technology Parks of India (STPI), an autonomous society under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, has released Employment Notice No. 2(4)/I/STPI-HQ/2026-27 for recruitment to various Group ‘B’ and below S&T and Non-S&T posts. The vacancies are proposed to be filled through Direct Recruitment and/or Absorption basis.

The recruitment includes Administrative Officer, Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS), Assistant and Office Attendant posts at different STPI centres. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official STPI website. The online application window opens on 29 August 2026 and closes on 12 October 2026.

STPI Recruitment 2026 Post Wise Qualification

1. Administrative Officer (A-V)

Pay Level: Level 7 – ₹44,900–₹1,42,400

Candidates must possess either:

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with 6 years’ experience in Personnel/Administration/Vigilance, or
• Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University with 4 years’ experience in Personnel/Administration/Vigilance.

Desirable qualifications include a Diploma in Personnel/Financial/Purchase Management. An MBA from a recognized University with one year of relevant experience is also specified under the direct recruitment provisions.

2. Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-V

Pay Level: Level 6 – ₹35,400–₹1,12,400

Candidates must have:

• Three-year Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecommunication, or
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Application/IT, or
• DOEACC ‘A’ Level certificate.

Experience: 2 years.

3. Member Technical Support Staff (MTSS) ES-IV

Pay Level: Level 5 – ₹29,200–₹92,300

Educational qualification is:

• Three-year Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Telecommunication, or
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Application/IT, or
• DOEACC ‘A’ Level certificate.

Experience: 1 year.

4. Assistant (A-II)

Pay Level: Level 4 – ₹25,500–₹81,100

Candidates must be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.

Desirable: Six-month certification course in Computer Operations.

5. Office Attendant (S-I)

Pay Level: Level 1 – ₹18,000–₹56,900

Candidates must be Matriculate or equivalent.

Desirable: Knowledge of typing, computers and operation of photocopying/fax machines, tea/coffee maker and similar office equipment.

STPI Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

The maximum age for direct recruitment varies according to the post:

For appointment through absorption, the maximum age is generally 56 years as specified in the advertisement. Age for direct recruitment is reckoned as on 12 October 2026.

Age Relaxation

Age relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, PwD, Government employees and other eligible categories will be applicable according to the prevailing Government of India instructions.

STPI Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process will consist of:

1. Screening / Shortlisting
2. Written Examination
3. Skill Test, where applicable
4. Final Merit / Appointment

Only completed applications received by the closing date will be considered for screening. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the written examination. Candidates qualifying in the written examination will be offered appointment according to merit. For Office Attendant, a Skill Test is also prescribed.

Office Attendant (S-I)

The question paper will cover:

• General Awareness
• Numerical Aptitude
• English Comprehension

Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
