SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
The age limit is calculated as on 31 August 2026. The prescribed age ranges are 35–50 years for Zonal Head and Regional Head, 28–42 years for Relationship Manager-Team Lead and Investment Specialist, 28–40 years for Investment Officer, 26–42 years for VP Wealth and 23–35 years for AVP Wealth. Upper-age relaxation for reserved categories will be available as per Government of India guidelines.

SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 Contract Period
The engagement is for a period of 5 years, renewable for another 4 years at the discretion of the Bank, subject to applicable conditions. The contract may be terminated by either side with two months’ notice or payment/surrender of two months’ compensation in lieu of notice.
SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process will consist of shortlisting followed by one or more rounds of Personal/Telephonic/Video Interview and CTC Negotiation. Mere fulfilment of the minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee an interview call. SBI’s shortlisting committee will decide the parameters and number of candidates to be called.
