Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed Intermediate (12th) or an equivalent examination from a recognized institution/board in India, with Science or Mathematics as a subject.

Preference is given to candidates who have either:

• Served for at least 2 years in the Territorial Army, or
• Obtained an NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate.

The age will be calculated as on 01 July 2026.

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 28 Years

The candidate should have been born not earlier than 02 July 1998 and not later than 01 July 2008.

Age relaxation is applicable to eligible reserved categories and other candidates as per the Uttarakhand Government rules mentioned in the notification.

Height and Chest

For specified Scheduled Tribe and other listed categories, the minimum height standards are relaxed to 152 cm for males and 145 cm for females.

Physical Efficiency Test

Candidates must qualify the prescribed physical efficiency requirements. Those failing the physical eligibility/efficiency requirements will not proceed further in the selection process.
