Educational Qualification
Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, five years’ administrative experience as Superintendent in the prescribed institution, computer knowledge through a minimum three-month recognized course, and Hindi/Sanskrit qualification as specified.
SDE (Civil): B.Tech./B.Sc./Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the prescribed recognized institution, along with the required Hindi/Sanskrit qualification.
JE (Civil): Three-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering from the prescribed recognized institution, along with Hindi/Sanskrit qualification.
JE (Electrical): Three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical Engineering, along with Hindi/Sanskrit qualification.
Library Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science/Library & Information Science with at least 55% marks, computer knowledge and English typing speed of 30 WPM.
Library Counter Clerk & Library Restorer: Graduation, B.Lib. degree, 3 years’ library experience in the prescribed institution, Hindi/Sanskrit qualification and computer knowledge.
Store Keeper: Graduation from a recognized university, 30 WPM data-entry/computer skills test, Hindi/Sanskrit qualification and qualification in the State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) within the prescribed period
Age Limit
The candidate must have attained 18 years of age and should not be more than 42 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Haryana Government instructions.
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted as prescribed by the University for the respective posts. Candidates meeting the minimum qualifications are not automatically entitled to be called for the written/typing test. The recruitment will be conducted according to the applicable University service rules.
