Delhi PMBI Recruitment 2026: Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI) has released Vacancy Circular Advt. No. 02/2026 for recruitment to various posts on a contractual basis. A total of 178 vacancies are available for General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Senior Marketing Officer, Senior Pharmacist, Executive, Marketing Officer and Pharmacist posts.

Eligible candidates can apply through the prescribed offline application form. The application form along with relevant educational and experience documents and a Demand Draft of ₹100 must be sent by post/courier to the CEO, PMBI, New Delhi. The last date for receipt of applications is 24 September 2026 up to 5:00 PM.

For example, the notification provides 35 Senior Executive posts in Quality, 30 Marketing Officer posts, 15 Senior Marketing Officer posts, and 8 Senior Executive posts in Logistics & Supply Chain.

Delhi PMBI Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

The maximum age is post-wise. The notification prescribes maximum ages ranging from 28 years to 55 years. General Manager posts carry a maximum age of 55 years, Deputy General Manager 50 years, Manager 40 years, Deputy Manager 35 years, Assistant Manager 33 years, Senior Executive/Senior Marketing Officer/Senior Pharmacist 30 years and Executive/Marketing Officer/Pharmacist posts generally have a maximum age of 28–30 years depending upon the post.

The cut-off date for age and experience will be the date of publishing of the advertisement. PMBI also reserves the right to relax age, experience and qualification criteria in deserving cases.

Delhi PMBI Recruitment 2026 Salary

The consolidated monthly pay varies according to the post:

For example, General Manager (Sales & Marketing) receives ₹1,58,000 consolidated pay + ₹15,000 conveyance + ₹2,000 telephone allowance per month.

Selected candidates are also entitled to facilities such as Provident Fund as per norms and group insurance/mediclaim benefits according to the applicable post.

Delhi PMBI Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process will consist of three stages:

1. Initial Screening
2. Written Examination
3. Personal Interaction cum Interview

Eligible applications will first be screened. Shortlisted candidates will then appear in the written examination, which will assess English language writing skills, post-related subject knowledge and General Knowledge. The exam date, venue and syllabus will be communicated to screened candidates through email.

Candidates qualifying the written examination will be called for Personal Interaction cum Interview. Final selection will be based on credentials and interview performance, followed by appointment in order of merit.
