Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

• For Male Candidates:
  • 1.6 km race to be completed in 7.30 minutes.
  • Long Jump: Minimum 11 feet (3 attempts allowed).
  • High Jump: Minimum 3.5 feet (3 attempts allowed).
• For Female Candidates:
  • 800 meters race to be completed in 4.45 minutes.
  • Long Jump: Minimum 9 feet (3 attempts allowed).
  • High Jump: Minimum 3 feet (3 attempts allowed).

Physical Standard Test (PST)

• Height:
  • Male (General/ OBC/ SC): 170 cm
  • Male (ST): 162.5 cm
  • Female (General/ OBC/ SC): 157 cm
  • Female (ST): 150 cm
• Chest (for Male candidates only):
  • General/ OBC/ SC: 80-85 cm (minimum expansion of 5 cm)
  • ST: 76-81 cm (minimum expansion of 5 cm)
