Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC), PAU Campus, Ludhiana has released Advertisement No. 4/2026 dated 31 August 2026 for recruitment to various regular posts. Applications are invited from eligible Indian Nationals for Clerk, Lab Attendant, Lab Executive, Chowkidar cum Mali and Sweeper posts. The recruitment includes Group-level technical, clerical and support positions with pay scales of ₹18,000 to ₹19,900.

Punjab Remote Sensing Centre Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 37 years as on 01 August 2026 for all advertised posts. Age relaxation is available as per Punjab Government rules. The upper age limit may be relaxed up to 42 years for SC/BC candidates of Punjab, 47 years for PwD candidates of Punjab, up to 45 years for eligible Punjab Government/Board/Corporation/Commission/Authority employees, and up to 42 years for widows, divorcees and certain other categories of women. Ex-servicemen of Punjab domicile are eligible for age benefit as specified in the notification.

Selection will vary according to the post. Generally, candidates will undergo a Punjabi Language Qualifying Test with minimum 50% marks, followed by a Written Test and the relevant Typing/Skill/Physical Test.

• Lab Attendant: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test → Written Test → Skill Test
• Lab Executive: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test → Written Test → Skill Test
• Chowkidar cum Mali: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test → Written Test → Physical Test
• Sweeper: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test → Written Test → Skill Test

The Centre may screen candidates on the basis of biodata before calling eligible candidates for the applicable test/interview.
