UPSSSC Computer Cadre Recruitment 2026: Notification Released & Apply Online

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC), Lucknow has released Advertisement No. 20-Exam/2026 for the Mahadhivakta Karyalaya (Computer Cadre) Main Examination 2026. The recruitment is for 12 posts of Computer Operator Grade-A and Assistant Computer Operator in the Office of the Advocate General, Uttar Pradesh.

Eligible candidates who have qualified the UPSSSC Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2025 and meet the prescribed educational and other eligibility conditions can submit the online application. Computer Operator Grade-A:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university established by law in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. The notification additionally prescribes the required computer qualification, including a Diploma in Computer Science/Computer-related qualification or NIELIT ‘O’ Level certificate, along with the prescribed computer experience.

Assistant Computer Operator:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university established by law in India or an equivalent qualification, along with the prescribed computer qualification and experience mentioned in the advertisement.

UPSSSC Computer Cadre Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process will be conducted through the UPSSSC Main Written Examination. Candidates will first be shortlisted for the Main Examination on the basis of their UPSSSC PET-2025 normalized score. For the advertised posts, candidates up to 15 times the number of vacancies will be considered for the final examination shortlist, subject to the prescribed conditions.
