BDL Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
For Management Trainees (MTs):
Computer-Based Online Test (CBT):
Duration: 2 hours
Questions: 150 (100 from the discipline, 50 from General Aptitude)
Marking: 1 mark per question; negative marking of 0.25 marks per incorrect answer
Weightage: 85% CBoT + 15% Interview
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
60% (UR/EWS), 50% (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD)
Test Centers: Multiple cities, including Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai.
For AM (Legal), SM (Civil), and DGM (Civil):
Interview Only: Candidates shortlisted based on experience, qualifications, and other criteria.
